John is a classically trained artist who uses traditional media including pencils, inks, paints, and pastels to create striking and unique compositions on paper and specially prepared surfaces. His unique imagery reflects his love for popular culture including science fiction films, comic books, popular music, and sports.
John's visual artwork is influenced by late nineteenth to mid-twentieth century American Illustration as well as late twentieth century Japanese Manga and Anime.
John is the founder, owner, and manager of ©Beechwood Overdrive, an independent alternative rock music recording label in Indianapolis, IN USA.
