John also creates larger pieces for book illustration, comic covers and licensed movie poster art for publishers including Bear Manor Media, Printed In Blood, Titan Books, and Dynamic Forces.
John is a classically trained artist who uses traditional media including pencils, inks, paints, and pastels to create striking and unique compositions on toned papers and specially prepared surfaces.
John's visual artwork is influenced by late nineteenth to mid-twentieth century American Illustration as well as late twentieth century Japanese Manga and Anime.
